I cannot remember the last time I have enjoyed a series or duet. I laughed and teared up several times and sometimes from the same page. Ms March hit it out of the park with Logan and Banner(Bruce, wink). I don’t mind angst and misunderstandings but some authors love to take readers on this trip for chapter after chapter with stupid misunderstandings and two adults who refuse to talk about what’s bothering them. Not these two. Thank you so much for making them a realistic couple. Small town guy, meeting NY City Girl over texting and when they meet, BAM! This series follows the Greer and Cav duet which follows Holly and Creighton. I would highly suggest reading them in order. The books are not that long. I adored Logan and the stuff coming out of Banner’s mouth will have you laughing so hard. Small town Kentucky never knew what hit them. Logan was the perfect man to handle her. We first meet Logan in Holly’s book and I prayed that he would have a book. It was worth the wait. 5 stars for both books. Definite reread.
MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS - Banner really grows more mature, and deeper in love with both Logan & Kentucky, in this final book. Where she irritated me at first being a New York party girl who sleeps with anyone & doesn't have any direction, she clearly sees that her time in Kentucky has opened her eyes to how annoying she was and the type of woman she wants to become. Banner goes back to NY and I worried that she'd want to stay. My absolute favorite part of this story is how badly Banner missed Logan & she didn't hide that fact at all! She lays it all out there for him "I'd build ships to cross oceans if that's what it takes. That money is a tool, and if there's a time when I can use it to make either or both of our lives easier, I'm going to do it." His heart expands when he finds that she took cooking classes, just for him. The whole meth situation in their small town escalates but for me that is what it takes to push our couple on the fast track for a future together, knowing for sure they couldn't live without each other. "I'm gonna marry you, Banner. Give you my name. My kids. This is forever." And what do you know, she let that soak in & make her glow with love rather than freaking out.
Logan and Banner continue their relationship in Real Good Love. Banner has gone back to New York City to handle her elderly neighbor's affairs after her death. She finds that the city has lost its appeal. It lacks Logan and he is the only thing she needs. She also inherits $30 million. Logan is still working on the rebuild of the 442 for Thrasher. He has a deadline to meet and a delivery in Nashville to make. In the meantime, Gold Haven has its own mystery to solve and things heat up when Memphis comes to town. She is the big city reporter who plans to break the story of who is making meth labs all over Gold Haven. Definitely a must read! 5 stars
he Real Duet is combustible, sexy as sin, fun, witty, charming, and all out AMAZING! Logan and Banner are my favorite couple to date, by Meghan March! Our sexy country man, Logan is one man, that I can say is definitely ALL MAN and REAL GOOD! And Banner..OMG, this character was so freaking fun and the things she said made me laugh out loud! She is DA BOMB!
Real Good Love was so damn hot and dirty and more fun and sigh-worthy than you could imagine. I honestly had one hell of a time, putting this down, and when I did, it was the ONLY thing I was thinking about, all day and night long. After I finished it I was left feeling happy and sad. Happy because it was one of the BEST Duets I have ever read, and sad because I had finished it. Meghan March creates characters you can easily love and stories that are just too scrumptious and addicting for words. Logan and Banner will steal your heart and leave you 100% satisfied...GUARANTEED! I HIGHLY and I do mean HIGHLY recommend this Duet by Meghan March!
Real Good Love gets a REAL GREAT FIVE SHOOTING STARS! Its a masterpiece and it should be worshiped as such. Once you start, you will devour this book in one sitting and DEMANDING a repeat.
